Data controller

The controller of your personal data is AI Integrator. For any privacy questions, write to info@ai-integrator.si.

What data we collect

You provide personal data yourself when you contact us:

• through the contact form: name, email address, selected service, and the content of your message,
• the canonical page path from which the form was submitted,
• through direct email: any data you include in your message.

Why we process it

We use inquiry data exclusively to reply to your message and to arrange potential cooperation (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not add you to any lists without your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as the conversation lasts and for at most 12 months afterwards, unless we agree to work together. In that case we keep the data for as long as needed to perform the contract and meet legal obligations.

Who has access

To run the website and deliver messages we use carefully selected processors:

• Vercel (website hosting and anonymous visit analytics),
• Resend (delivery of emails from the contact form).

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To understand traffic we use Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and stores no personal identifiers. The page language is determined by the URL.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or transfer at any time. Write to info@ai-integrator.si and we will respond without undue delay.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si).

Changes to this policy

If the way we process data changes, we will update this page and the date of the last update.
